In addition to burning trio and bravura solo performances, there is also an intimate and compelling interview with Mimi where she reveals some of the things that inspire her as a jazz artist.
Fox is a 6 time Downbeat Magazine International Critics Poll winner and has performed/recorded with some of the most commanding artists in the jazz world including: Joey DeFrancesco, Bradford Marsalis, Diana Krall, Terri Lynne Carrington and scores of others. Fox performs worldwide and has performed at all major festivals from the Kennedy Center to the Montreal Jazz Festival. One of the most highly regarded jazz guitarists of her generation, Guitar Player Magazine hailed Mimi as "A prodigious talent who has not only mastered the traditional forms, she has managed to reinvigorate them."
